Are you interested in finding more clarity, inner peace and a way to ease your stress? What if you could also accomplish your academic work load with more ease, focus and enjoyment?
The PGSS is offering this opportunity to all McGill grad students and postdocs with free meditation sessions throughout fall and winter semesters. Registration is available through the PGSS events page.
These meditation sessions will take place at the Thomson House on Tuesdays 12:30-1:30 pm, starting on January 12, 2016. Be welcome to drop-in at anytime during the semester, no prior experience required. Meditation and mindfulness practices will be taught in a casual and easy going atmosphere, suited to beginners and practitioners alike.
Come along and enjoy a refreshing experience for your mind and body!
Meditation begins at 12:30pm and feel free to come early, have a cup of tea, and get into a state of relaxation.
These sessions operate on a drop-in basis; no registration is required, and there is no charge. Participants may start attending at any time in the semester.
